At the southern tip of South Korea, in Geoje Island, where the first-generation idols competed endlessly and the techno craze raged, Pil-sun, a second-year student at Geoje Vocational High School with passion for dance, finds the island too small for her dream of becoming a dancer. Then, she notices an unusual dance from Se-hyun, a transfer student from Seoul – cheerleading! Pil-sun vows to help the soccer team, which has always been a perpetual underdog, get some wins with her cheers, even persuading the school principal. A diverse group of members gather, united by their love for dance. But why are there so many people on Geoje Island who need cheering?
