Eric Khoo is one of Singapore’s most prominent and pioneering film directors. His films have premiered at festivals all over the world, including 12 Storeys (1997), the first Singaporean film to be selected for the Cannes Film Festival, and Be With Me (2005) which opened the Directors Fortnight in Cannes. As a producer he has worked with and supported many young filmmakers, and he was awarded the Cultural Medallion in 2007.
Synopsis
E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial (1982)
An alien is left behind on Earth and saved by the 10-year-old Elliott who decides to keep him hidden in his home. While a task force hunts for the extra-terrestrial, Elliott, his brother, and his little sister Gertie form an emotional bond with their new friend, and try to help him find his way home.
