Kamen Rider ZO (1993) screening

More than just a movie screening, MINT Lumens invites audiences into an immersive, community-driven experience where film, art, and play intersect. Each screening is thoughtfully designed to go beyond the screen, encouraging connection, conversation, and curiosity in a setting filled with nostalgia and wonder.

Every MINT Lumens session is paired with interactive elements that reflect the museum’s playful spirit. These include guided toy tours, hands-on interactive activities and games, and relaxed community moments over free-flow coffee, tea, and nostalgic local snacks such as gem biscuits and bun biscuits — familiar treats that spark childhood memories and shared joy!

Guided toy tours form a key part of the MINT Lumens experience, offering guests a closer look at toys inspired by the films being screened. These collections span 54 countries and three major eras from the Industrial Revolution (1760–1840), through the Vintage Era (1840s–1980s), to the Contemporary Era (1980s–present). Together, they reveal how storytelling, imagination, and design of toys evolve across time and cultures inspired by films.

At its core, MINT Lumens reimagine as a independent cinematic space for film discovery, toy nostalgia, and meaningful connection.

Kamen Rider ZO (1993)

Masaru Aso was the lab assistant of geneticist Doctor Mochizuki, used as one of his experiments related the creation of the Neo Organism, enabling him to transform into a grasshopper-like being called Kamen Rider ZO. He fled into the mountainside and went into a coma before he was awakened by a telepathic call two years later with an unconscious urge to protect Hiroshi Mochizuki, the son of Doctor Mochizuki.
